Do I need a team already?
No. Belzio is built to find players and matches, even when you show up alone.
Which sports are available?
Football, basketball and Urban (running, walking and skating, with a GPS tracker).
Is Belzio free?
Yes. Finding, hosting and joining matches is free. Belzio Premium and store packs are cosmetic only: no XP boost, no competitive advantage.
Where does Belzio work?
Belzio is launching in Paris and Île-de-France, with thousands of football and basketball venues already listed.
Is Belzio available on Android?
Yes, an Android version is on the way. On iPhone, Belzio comes with a companion app for Apple Watch.
Can I host a private match?
Yes. A public match shows on the map and in recommendations. A private match is only visible to the friends you invite.
How do I know what to expect?
Every match shows the sport, venue, date, duration, level, remaining spots and participants before you join. The match chat helps everyone get organized.
What does the price on some matches mean?
It’s an indicative contribution set by the host, for example to rent a pitch. It’s paid outside Belzio.
How is player trust calculated?
The score combines match attendance (70%) and the average of reviews received (30%). New players start at a neutral score, and a confirmed no-show lowers it.
How do I earn XP?
+50 XP for joining a match, +25 for hosting one, +75 when a match is completed, +20 for a positive review received and up to +100 for an Urban workout. XP is never spent.
What if a result or attendance is disputed?
Participants can dispute the recorded result or attendance for 7 days after the match.
Is my profile public?
Your profile is visible to signed-in Belzio players. The public web profile (belzio.app/@handle) only exists if you turn it on in settings. It never shows your email, friends, messages or locations.
How old do I need to be?
Belzio is for people aged 15 and over. No birth date is ever requested.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. The full process is described on the Account deletion page.
