Account deletion

In the app

• Open Belzio and sign in;
• go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account;
• confirm. An explicit confirmation is required before anything is deleted.

If you signed in with Apple, Belzio’s access to your Apple ID is also revoked.

Data deleted

Deletion covers your authentication account, profile, avatar, preferences, invitations, friendships, Urban activities and related technical data. Your personal files are erased before the deletion is confirmed.

Some data shared with other players (participations, messages, match stats) or needed for moderation may be anonymized rather than deleted, to keep other participants’ matches intact.

Timing

Deletion starts immediately after you confirm. Some traces strictly required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be kept for a limited time (see the privacy policy).

Active subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Belzio Premium subscription: cancel it in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Can’t access the app anymore?

Email support@belzio.app from the address linked to your account and describe your request. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
