1. Purpose
Belzio connects people who want to organize, join and manage local matches and sports activities. Belzio is not the physical organizer of matches, the manager of venues, or an emergency service.
2. User account
Belzio is for people aged 15 and over and requires an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in methods confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Belzio respectfully, fairly and lawfully. Insulting, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, violent, sexually explicit or rights-infringing content and behavior are prohibited.
4. Matches and participation
You can host public or private matches, invite friends, and join or leave matches according to the rules shown in the app. Match information must be accurate, and the host must inform participants of any change or cancellation.
Each participant is responsible for their own behavior, health, equipment, insurance and respect for the venue, before, during and after a match.
5. Chat and user content
Match chat is meant for organizing sports. You keep your rights to the content you post and grant Belzio the permission needed to display it in the service. You must not post illegal, offensive, abusive or privacy- or rights-infringing content.
6. Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report a user or a message and block a user. Belzio reviews reports and may take appropriate action: content removal, access restriction, suspension or account closure.
7. Progress, reliability and disputes
XP, levels, badges, rankings and the trust score are calculated from real activity on Belzio. Any manipulation (fake matches, fake attendance, multiple accounts) may lead to rewards being revoked and the account being suspended. Results and attendance can be disputed for 7 days after a match.
8. Location
Some features use location to show the map, set a match venue or record an Urban route when you voluntarily start the tracker. Location use is subject to your consent through iOS Settings.
9. Purchases and Belzio Premium
Belzio may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (Belzio Premium) and cosmetic packs through the App Store. Price and period are shown before purchase. They only unlock cosmetic items and give no competitive advantage. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled from your Apple account settings; refunds follow Apple’s terms.
Any amount shown on a match is an indicative contribution set and collected outside Belzio by the host. Belzio is not involved in that payment.
10. Service availability
Belzio is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur, including for maintenance, updates or technical incidents. Belzio may change, suspend or fix the service.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the Profile screen. Deletion is final and removes associated data within applicable technical and legal limits. See the Account deletion page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
